Service Tickets


If you require any maintainance or service please open up a service ticket on your tenant portal. 

Please call 1-800-360-3515 for any high priority tickets

The ticket will the be assigned as a task for the backlog or to a work order for action.

The items should be prioritized as follows

  1. High - Any essential and high impact problem such as appliance not working. If you have a full service plan please call that immediately and schedule service. Any high impact problems will be acknowledged ASAP and scheduled.
  2. Medium - This is for any quality of life problems that are landlord responsibility. They will be put to a work order and scheduled with the next maintainance
  3. Low- This is to report any damages, cosmetic and other similar issues. These will be handled on a case by case basis 

All tickets will be responded to within 24 hours
