Please provide notice if you intend to paint any walls. You are free to put up art, shelves, curtains etc at your leisure.
Please use nails, picture hooks and other things that don't damage walls excessively. Please do not use double stick mounting squares or double stick tape unless you plan on repainting the walls before you move out or being charged for repainting.
Also when moving furniture be careful on movers or yourselves causing damage to the walls. please report any damage immediately.
